Why should I buy the StayWow program instead of other diet programs?

Can I eat my favorite foods during the program period?

Yes. The program allows you to keep your favorite foods around while developing healthy eating habits. It helps you adopt the 90/10 approach. That means you have to stick to healthy eating 90% of the time; for the other 10%, you can feel free to eat the food you love.

Will I get results if I eat my favorite foods?

When it comes to healthy eating, 100% nutritional discipline is not really required. 10% of the time, you can eat whatever you want. The ‘all or nothing’ black and white approach doesn’t work most of the time, but the 90/10 approach does.

Eating your favorite food should be a part of your healthy eating program so that you can stay motivated to stick to it for a long period of time, perhaps forever.
If you restrict your favorite foods completely, it can actually make you overindulge in them later, potentially undoing all your recent healthy eating efforts.

How does the program work?

On the first day, we will gather information about your goals, eating habits, food preferences, heredity history, childhood obesity, lifestyle habits, current fitness level, body measurements, and other body facts.

After collecting the data, our dietitians will review it and design a wholesome meal plan for you that covers what to eat, how much and when. Once your plan is prepared, you will be able to access it through our easy-to-use mobile application.

Activity Cards will help you develop healthy eating habits without putting too much pressure on yourself. This method is unlike anything you've ever tried before. It is a new, convenient and easy-to-use method to build better relationship with food.

You will get unlimited support from dietitians on the phone for 1 year. Whenever you need advice on food and nutrition, you can talk to our dietitians on the phone. They will also provide weekly meal plans, feedback, recipes etc. through the App across the year.

There is no limit to the amount of times you can talk to dietitians on the phone. You can reach out to them as many times as you want to during the membership period.

How to use activity cards?

Pick a random card from the deck. On the card, you will be given a simple but meaningful activity for your day. Then, all you have to do is finish the given activity at your leisure. Simple!

You can keep the cards next to the fridge, in the pantry, on the kitchen storage rack – or even near the place where you store your toothbrush. The idea is to place it somewhere you will see it every day.

In order to get yourself into the habit of using activity cards every morning, it is best to link your toothbrush habit with the activity card habit.

Here’s how you can do that.

      Step 1: Keep the card deck near the place where you store your toothbrush.

      Step 2: Every morning after brushing your teeth; pick a random card from the deck and receive your healthy eating activity for the day.

      Step 3: There is no need to conduct the activity immediately. You can plan to finish the given activity at your convenient time during the day.

      Why do I need a meal plan if the focus is on building habits?

      The top objective of a meal plan is to give you clear-cut directions for what EXACTLY you should do each day. It will eliminate guesswork from your side. Think of it as a blueprint for building healthy eating habits.

      Your meal plan will give directions for:

      Will I get a meal plan that is specially designed for me?

      Do I have to count calories?

      At StayWow, we don’t normally recommend calorie counting. It’s not because we think it doesn’t work (it does) or that calories don’t matter (they most definitely do). When it comes to losing weight, a caloric deficit is the #1 requirement. It’s just that we don’t think most people need or want to do math every time they sit down to eat a meal.

      Calorie counting is an incredibly useful tool, especially for short-term goals, but it’s not something that everyone wants to (or needs to) do to live a healthy life.

      That’s why we teach you about an incredibly simple method of ‘mindful’ and ‘intuitive’ eating’ (recognizing your body’s hunger and fullness signals) to manage your calorie intake and portion control without too much fuss or effort.

      Is fat loss guaranteed?

      No. It is impossible for us to take a guarantee your fat loss. The amount of body fat percentage you would drop will solely depend on your circumstances, body type, genetics, health condition and commitment along with dedication and determination. Thus, we do not guarantee any results.

This program was created by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, psychologists and exercise scientists. It is designed exclusively for Indians, considering their genetics, food habits, psychology and lifestyle.

        How long will it take to achieve results?

        Although results depend on the individual’s commitment to the program, most participants notice a visible difference in 10 days. After all, the goal is to help you get 1% better each day.

        Will I get personal advice for my specific situations?

        Yes, whenever you need advice related to food and nutrition – just talk to our dietitians on the phone. You will receive unlimited consultations from our dietitians during your membership period (1 year from the date of purchase).

        Is there a limit to the number of times I can talk to dietitians on the phone?

        No. There isn't a limit to the amount of times you can talk to our dietitians on the phone. You can reach out to dietitians as many times as you want during your membership period.

        When will the dietitian change my meal plan?

        Our dietician will switch your meal plan from week to week to ensure that you are eating a variety of nutrients over time. When you are on a lifestyle change program, your body’s nutritional needs will adapt and need changing every so often for maximum results. So in order to help you meet your body's nutritional needs, your dietician will revise your meal plan after every 7 days.

        What if I’m vegetarian?

        Our dietitians will design your plan considering your food preferences. If you want a pure vegetarian meal plan, they will design 100% pure vegetarian plan for you. Suppose, if you want to eat eggs, they will include eggs in your plan.

        Will I eat the same type of food every day?

        No. You will eat a variety of foods from each of the five food groups daily, in the recommended amounts. Our goal is to help you develop a well-balanced eating pattern. Thus, we will guide you to consume a wide variety of healthy foods and ensure that you receive an abundance of different vitamins, minerals and nutrients in your daily diet.

        Nutritional Diversity is crucial for best results. For example, if you only eat orange vegetables, like carrots and sweet potatoes, you will be getting a good amount of fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C, but you will be missing out on the vitamin K, folate and lutein found in dark green vegetables like kale or broccoli.

        What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
