It’s possible in real life too. Yes, you heard me right. You just need to learn a technique called ‘Visualization’. 

What is Visualization?
Visualization is a science. It is about using our imagination to create what we want in our life. It is the technique for creating images, diagrams and animations to imagine specific events occurring in our life. 

It is based on the concept, “If you can see it, you can be it”. Visualization is not dreaming. It is an imagination of the "real thing". It is “See it and Live it”. Our subconscious mind does not work with languages like Hindi, English or French, but it works with images, sounds, sensations and emotions. If you want to communicate with your mind, you got to show a ‘film’ to your mind.

How to Use Creative Visualization to Get Anything You Desire?
‘Weight loss’ is a mind game. It is the mind that really creates the body. The body is very important, but the mind is more important than the body because mind creates the will, that makes you really move towards your goal. Visualization prepares the mind for the change. 

Here is how you can visualize correctly:

Step-1: Believe That You Are Worthy

“You are worthy of love.” Let me say it again. “You are worthy of love. You deserve good.” 

What happens inside when you read that statement? Does your heart open up?  

You are wrong if you believe, “When I will be perfect, I will be worthy of love, until, then, I don’t really deserve it.”

When your self esteem is in the gutter, it’s really hard to see good images of yourself. The time is now to love you. It will never be perfect. Start now!

Step-2: Leave Your Worries, Doubts and Negative Thoughts Behind

Forget how you look now. You are creating a new reality. See yourself fit and beautiful with your ideal weight. Just think “You are Awesome”

Step-3: Construct Images That Ignite Your Emotions

Whenever you are free or before sleeping, visualize your best self images. Make them alive and colorful. Look at the whole scene as real and as happening ‘right now’ at the present moment, not in the future. Visualize your friends complimenting you about how ‘fantastic’ you look now. 

Step-4: Turn Your Images into An Exciting Movie 

Imagine a scene where you have already achieved that goal exactly the way you want it. 
- How are you looking? 
- What are you wearing? 
- Who are the people involved? 
- What is happening? 
- What are you doing? 
- How do you feel? 

Employ smell, taste, touch and hearing. Let it unfold in your mind the way a movie does and don’t forget you are the lead actor, so feel and act like one.

Seeing is believing. Seeing is also achieving. So go on and write your script. You are a HERO.
