Is your day-to-day life full of stress and chaos?

5. Start today. 

… because tomorrow may never come.

6. Challenge yourself.

Don't be afraid to fail.

7. Don’t take life too seriously. 

… because when it’s over you’ll feel like a fool.

8. Make peace with your past. 

So your past won't screw up the present.

9. Time heals almost everything, give it time.

Scars make us who we are; they explain our life and why we are the way we are. They challenge us and force us to be stronger.

10. Stop thinking so much. 

… because your thoughts are the root of most of your problems.

11. Realize that happiness isn't something you "obtain". You need to create happiness because that's the whole point.

The sooner you realize that happiness is not something you obtain like a piece of furniture or a job, the more likely you are to achieve it.

Most people think they will be happy if they get a promotion, make lot of money, start a relationship with someone, or buy a certain kind of car. But happiness is created, not acquired.
